When we started discussing, Gena helped me find a way to lift my fog. I had forgotten my true motivations, and somehow I could not see my real gifts. I had been a people pleaser for far too long, and that was creating that fog.
Once the path was clear, I was able to start revisiting what was important: my personal goals, a balanced job, feeling grateful and not afraid, and I then realised that, by removing old patterns, I was more creative and happier. I learned what works and does not work for me: the honest truth, what I am and what I am not.
Then I learned to recognise, through many of our conversations, dangerous patterns. I now am able to stop negative thinking and quickly implement a solution that stays true to who I am.
I have found my voice. I always felt like a 52-hertz whale, no one heard me, but Gena did and she made such a great difference that I then learned to teach others to hear me.
